So Glad You're Mine...'Til Death Do Us Part!

You have my heart!
You hold it in yours!
I finally see the meaning of true love, of soulmate.
You have my heart,
You had it from the start!
I have never knew what it really felt like to be truly loved by a man. I have always had relationships where I clearly cared more for the other than they did for me. I always carried the relationship on my back and I always felt like it was a struggle to just keep it together. I always had to fight to show and prove that I was worth it, like I was worth keeping.

I have found someone who no matter the time of day, make-up on or off, skinny or fat, all dressed up or just in a baggie t-shirt, he see's me as beautiful...flawless.

Through my early morning grumpiness or just weird mood swings not to mention my frestrations with everyday stressful situations, he calms me down with a soft touch, sweet kiss, or humerous comment, and he loves me through it all.

I have the perfect man for me. I have found the man that I want to spend forever with. He is my rock, without him, I wouldn't me! I love him with all of my heart! And I thank God that he has given me such a wonderful gift!

He is the father of my son, and he has made me a mother of his daughter! I am the lucky one, to receive so much selfless love, unconditionally!

I can feel his love like I can feel the wind, and its the best feeling in the world. He makes me grateful for all the losers I dated...because he was so worth the wait...so worth the heart ache...because going through them, just made me appreciate and love him so much more!

He is my soulmate, the one that I am suppose to spend forever with!

When we said our vows, I knew he meant it. He is a man that doesn't just tell me what I want to hear, his words are always backed up with his actions.

I will forever love you, babe!
Thanks for loving me!

*Faith.Hope.Love.*

My friend Kandice couldn't have said it better:
"I've carried a baby with in my body. Slept with a baby on my chest. Kissed boo boos and mended broken hearts. I've been puked on, peed on, an spent sleepless nights up in the chair. But I wouldn't have it any other way. My body may not be magazine perfect but when I look in the mirror I see a mommy an there's no greater honor or blessing :)"
Being a mother is truly one of the best gifts that could ever be given by God! One mother that has been an inspiration to me is my cousin, Aundrea. She is a full time mother of FIVE kids, Desirea and Kyran (twins), Alyna, Cristian, and Kaeden. She is also a wife, teacher-by homeschooling her children, and student! I have no idea how she stays on top of everything but she does and she does it with the biggest smile and joy in her heart.

Aundrea and her Husband have decided that their family is not yet done. They are currently in the process of filling out adoption papers. Their hearts desire is to adopt an Ethiopian girl between the age of 0-24 months.

With this process I am honored to say that Aundrea has asked me to be apart of it all. She has asked me for my time and artistic gift and donate crafty items for their fundraiser. I am extremely excited to be apart of this and also do what I truly love to do!

I have actually lost all sense of time and have eagerly started on my projects. If sleep was not at all necessary I would continue to stay up and finish them! I just wanted to share a little of my project and hope it'll not only inspire the heart but possible bidding interests as well to help bring a sweet future Whitmire baby girl home!

Joys of Motherhood

Hudson has officially cut his first two teeth on the bottom! This seems so simple but as a mother its like he achieved a really big award. I catch myself starting off conversations with
"Hey, Guess what...HUDSON HAS TWO TEETH!!! SEEEE.... :) "
Yes, I am a very proud Mama and everyday my kids brighten up my day and just make me smile!

Cheyenne recently had her two-year-old check-up and the Doctor was praising Cheyenne and us because her speech was impeccable. We work with Cheyenne everyday with her speech. She recognizes objects and has learned to associate the word with the object. She is incredible when it comes to remembering names. We are also working on her putting words together to make short sentences when she talks to us, which she is doing exceptionally well!
I know for me, as well as Eric, could not imagine life without them!
We are going this month for Hudson's check-up and I am extremely excited to share his growth and progress as well! We should be getting a call this month to schedule his eye surgery for the following month at Children's Hospital in Little Rock. So thank-you again everyone for your prayers!

Movie Addicts Anonymous!

So Eric and I are HUGE movie buffs!

There are times when either Eric or I just pick out some horrible movies that we either turn off half-way through or we suffered through it and look at each other wondering why we sat through the whole thing. But there are times we pick out movies that we really enjoy and watch countless times and tell everyone about!
Two movies that we recently rented were just that...Amazing!
We had rented a movie called "RED" and another movie called "DeVil".

"RED" is about a man (Bruce Willis) who is retired CIA who ends up getting a"hit" put on him. Come to find out he was listed as "R.E.D." which is "Retired: Extremely Dangerous". He finds his old CIA team and they all reunite to solve on last case! This movie is VERY funny and kind of goes along the lines of Old vs. Young and New. The younger CIA agents might be tough...but with years comes wisdom! There are some big named actors and actresses in this movie. A must buy!

"DeVil", well needless to say I was VERY sceptical and not really interested to watch. I am a fan of scary movies but when it comes to satanic or demons, or paranormal activity, I am not into that. That stuff is TOO scary for me. As we sat down to watch this movie I had this prejudgement that it was just going to be another scary movie. To my surprise it talks about how the devil walks amoung us on this earth, ruling until his day is done. As the movie progresses it gets better and better. Yes, there are some scary parts, but in the end the Devil DOES NOT win! The power of forgiveness is the ultimate theme to this movie! This movie will leave you with a heavy heart. A must see!

As we continue to watch more movies I am sure we will share with all, for movies are a great way to have a family night!

FYI, one movie that we watched that was absolutely terrible was Splice! It's a sci-fi movie and it just goes too far into the "weird/just plain wrong" category!
